Spaghetti Sauce with peas

Spaghetti Sauce with peas

 

1 stick butter

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 onion, chopped

1 carrot, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 15oz can diced tomatoes

1 cube chicken bouillon

1 10oz box frozen petite peas

salt and pepper

½ to 1 lb pasta of choice

 

In a sauce pan melt butter and sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Add tomatoes and bouillon. Simmer on low heat until juice cooks down, about 20-30 minutes. Add the peas and salt and pepper. Cook until peas are cooked. Serve over cooked pasta.
