Bacon Wrapped Scallops
12 large scallops
bacon strips, uncooked
butter
Cajun or cayenne pepper
Preheat oven at 350.
Place pats of butter at the bottom of a 12 count muffin pan. Wrap bacon around the outsides of each scallop. Hold in place with a toothpick. Place on top of butter in muffin pan and sprinkle the tops with Cajun or cayenne pepper. Bake for 40 minutes.
