Poor man's Spaghetti
About 4 servings
1/2 stick butter
3 cloves minced garlic
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 bouillon (chicken)
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1-2 teaspoons basil
salt and pepper
1/2 lb pasta
In butter sauté garlic, onion, and red pepper. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta
