Pasta with Clam Sauce

Pasta with Clam Sauce

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup chopped onion

2 cloves minced garlic

2 cans chopped clams

1/2 dry white wine

1 cube bouillon

Black pepper

1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 lb pasta

 

In a small sauce pan sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the clams with juice. Simmer slowly until some of the juices have cooked down. Add wine. Add the bouillon and black pepper. Simmer for another 15 minutes and add parsley. Pour over cooked pasta.
