Italian Green Beans
About 6 servings
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb fresh green beans washed and ends snapped off
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 14.5 can diced tomatoes, or 3 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 bouillon cube
salt and pepper to taste
In a dutch oven saute' onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook slowly until green beans are tender.
Serve hot
