Chicken Fettuccini
Serves 6
1/2 lb pasta
2 chicken breasts
4 T. butter
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
black pepper
Grill the chicken.
Cook the fettuccini according to package directions.
In a skillet sauté the mushrooms in melted butter. Slowly add the half-and-half and parmesan cheese.
Drain the noodles a put into a large bowl. Stir sauce gentle into the noodles. Slice the chicken into thin strips and add to the pasta. Serve with extra parmesan cheese and black pepper.
