Chicken and Broccoli pie
2 cans crescent rolls
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
1 clove garlic, minced
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. dill
Mix all ingredients together except crescent rolls.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with one of the cans of crescent
rolls. Fill with the chicken mixture and top with the other can of
crescent rolls. Press down sides like a pie. Brush the top with egg
whites. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 375 oven for 30
minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden
brown.
