Artichoke and Cheese Dip
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1 6oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 4oz can diced green chili
2 cups grated cheddar or jack cheese, or ½ of each
6 T. mayonnaise
Chop artichoke hearts and mix with remaining ingredients. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers
